2. Principle

This website sets no cookies, uses no analytics or tracking services and loads no fonts or scripts from third parties. We process personal data only as far as needed to run the website or to handle your enquiry.

3. Hosting and server logs

The website is delivered by Cloudflare, Inc. (101 Townsend St., San Francisco, CA 94107, USA). When you visit, Cloudflare processes technically necessary data such as IP address, date and time, the page requested and the browser type, to keep the website secure and stable. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure operation). Cloudflare is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; the EU Standard Contractual Clauses apply in addition.

4. Contact by email, phone or WhatsApp

When you contact us, we process your details (e.g. name, company, contact details, project information) to answer your enquiry and prepare a quote. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures) or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. The data are deleted once they are no longer needed and no statutory retention period applies.

If you write to us via WhatsApp, your messages are also processed by WhatsApp Ireland Ltd. under its own privacy policy. You can always reach us by email or phone instead.

5. Your rights

You have the right of access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and objection (Art. 21). To exercise them, write to the email address above.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority. The authority responsible for us is the Slovenian Information Commissioner (Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si). You may also contact the authority where you live or work.
